Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 77vip website accessible at https://77vip-jit.com and all its subdomains, pages, and associated services.
• "Member" or "User" is any individual who has created an account on the 77vip platform and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" is the personal, non-transferable profile created by the Member to access 77vip services.
• "Real Balance" is the amount in BRL deposited by the Member and available for bets and withdrawals, with no rollover restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" is the credit granted by 77vip as a promotion, subject to rollover requirements before it becomes available for withdrawal.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become available for withdrawal.
• "Games" includes all entertainment products available on the platform, such as slots, live casino, crash games, virtual blackjack, scratch cards, and Sports Betting.
• "Sports Betting" refers specifically to Sports Betting on sporting events, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores), basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, and e-sports.

Any term not defined in this section shall be interpreted according to its common meaning in the context of the online betting market in Brazil.

Eligibility and Access

Use of the 77vip platform is permitted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding obligations;
• Not be enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program or court-ordered restriction.

77vip requires mandatory identity verification for all members. Documents such as a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport may be requested at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Employees, service providers, and first-degree relatives of individuals directly involved in 77vip's operations are not permitted to create accounts as regular members. Violating this rule constitutes a conflict of interest and will result in account closure without refund of any bonus balances.

Account Creation and Management

Each individual is authorized to create and maintain a single account on the 77vip platform. The account is personal and non-transferable. It is strictly prohibited to create accounts on behalf of third parties, use another person's details to register, or share login credentials.

At registration, the Member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full legal name as it appears on their ID, a valid CPF, a working email address, and their actual date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential. We recommend using strong passwords — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Your 77vip account can be fully managed on mobile or desktop — no app installation required. Any changes to registration details — email, address, or phone number — must be requested through support with supporting documentation.

Deposits and Payment Methods

77vip accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL:

• Pix: preferred method, with confirmation in under 60 seconds. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Boleto bancário: processing time of 1 to 3 business days. The credit to your 77vip account is applied once confirmed by the bank.
• Credit and debit card: major card networks accepted. Subject to individual anti-fraud review.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. There is no maximum limit per deposit; however, transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998 and supplementary rules from the Central Bank of Brazil).

77vip does not charge any fee on deposits made by the Member. Any fees charged by the Member's bank or digital wallet are the Member's sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the platform.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal of real balance may be requested at any time, provided the Member has completed the identity verification process. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing within a few hours for verified accounts.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 upon request. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit, but high-value transactions may require additional verification steps in accordance with 77vip's internal policies and Brazilian regulatory requirements.

Withdrawal approval requirements:

• Full identity verification (photo ID + proof of address);
• Withdrawal method registered and validated in the account holder's name;
• No pending withdrawals in processing;
• Active bonus rollover not yet completed — bonus balances that have not been converted into real balance cannot be withdrawn.

77vip does not hold back withdrawals without reason. If a withdrawal request meets the applicable rules and the Member's documentation is up to date, the standard processing time is up to 24 hours — and in practice, most Pix withdrawals are completed in far less time. If a withdrawal takes longer than expected, 24/7 support is available to check on the status.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programs

77vip regularly offers promotions for new members and its existing customer base. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are always published alongside the offer and should be read before activation.

General conditions applicable to all 77vip bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid for one activation per CPF, residential address, device, and IP address;
• Bonus balance is kept in a separate wallet from your real balance — real balance is always used first on all bets;
• Unused bonuses or those with an unfulfilled rollover requirement within the validity period are automatically cancelled;
• 77vip reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, or violation of any rule set out in these Terms;
• Winnings obtained exclusively from bonus funds — without any real balance wagers — may be subject to review before a withdrawal is processed.

The Welcome Bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 is offered exclusively to new members on their first deposit. The rollover requirement is 30 times the bonus amount, valid for 30 days. For the Sports Bonus, the rollover is 10 times the bonus amount, with a minimum odds of 1.70 per bet for it to count toward the requirement.

77vip may modify, end, or replace promotions at any time, with prior notice published on the platform. Bonuses already activated by members are not retroactively affected by changes to promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or starting a game round on the 77vip platform, the Member confirms they understand the specific rules of the chosen market or game and accept the outcome calculated by the system as final.

For Sports Betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted while the market is open. 77vip may suspend or close markets at any time before or during the event;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, pre-game bets are voided and the full stake is returned;
• Events suspended after they begin are considered valid if the outcome is determined in accordance with the competition's rules;
• Obvious pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may be corrected and affected bets voided, with the staked amount refunded;
• The use of insider information or any form of match manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

For casino games (slots, live casino, crash games, blackjack), outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent third parties. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on the game's info page within the platform. 77vip does not manipulate results, and game logs are recorded for auditing purposes.

Prohibited Conduct & Misuse

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77vip platform:

• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account per CPF, address, email, or device in order to claim the welcome bonus more than once or to circumvent applied restrictions;
• Bonus abuse: any coordinated strategy aimed at converting bonus funds into real-money balance without genuine wagering risk, including bet hedging across multiple accounts;
• Use of bots and automation: using software, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any form of automation to place bets, analyze odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Money laundering: use the platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds of illicit origin. 77vip cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in investigations of this nature;
• Payment fraud: filing unjustified chargebacks, using third-party credit cards, or providing false banking details;
• Match fixing: any attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the platform's games or systems;
• Impersonation: impersonate another member, a 77vip employee, or any third party in order to obtain undue benefits.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in one or more of the following actions by 77vip: preventive account suspension, immediate cancellation of bonuses and any winnings arising from the irregularity, permanent account closure, and — in cases of a criminal nature — reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any available real balance — not subject to a pending rollover — may be withdrawn upon identity verification.

77vip may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false or outdated registration information;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation;
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to proven misconduct, 77vip reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and any winnings derived from irregular activity. Deposited real balance that was not involved in any irregularities will be returned to the account holder once the investigation is complete.

For voluntary closure via self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, members may choose periods of 30, 60, or 180 days, or a permanent ban. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the set period ends, even at the member's own request — this is an intentional safeguard built into 77vip's responsible gaming program.

Data Privacy & LGPD Compliance

77vip processes its members' personal data in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 — the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the platform's legitimate interest in operating securely.

77vip will make every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be held liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned maintenance;
• Internet connection failures on the Member's end;
• Technical issues on the Member's device or browser;
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

In the event of a verified technical failure that directly affected the outcome of a bet or gaming session, 77vip will review the case individually and may, at its discretion, refund the amount wagered. Reports of technical failures must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the incident.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

77vip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If a Member disagrees with the changes, they may close their account before the effective date and are entitled to withdraw their full available real-money balance.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 77vip, resolution will first be sought through direct negotiation via the platform's support channel. Any matter not resolved administratively may be submitted to arbitration or, alternatively, to the Brazilian courts, with the elected jurisdiction being the district of São Paulo — SP.

Members also have the right to file complaints with their state's Procon or other consumer protection bodies. 77vip is committed to responding to all formal complaints within the deadlines required by Brazilian consumer protection law.
